Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 18, 2016, CDK Global, Inc. issued a press release announcing selected preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter of its fiscal year ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
