On July 11, 2016, after more than eight years of service to Match Group, Inc. (the “Company”), Mr. Jeffrey Dawson informed the Company that he is resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer, Dating, in order to accept a position with another company. Mr. Dawson will remain with the Company through mid-August to assist with transition.
