As announced in the attached press release, on July 12, 2016, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share, payable on August 9, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
