Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 29, 2016, Mr. Gerald M. Czarnecki resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Czarnecki’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices. Mr. Czarnecki will remain as a director. The Board has appointed Mr. Frederick G. Wasserman, who is currently a director, as the Company’s new Chairman of the Board, effective as of June 29, 2016.
