(d) Effective June 28, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sancon Resources Recovery, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the size of the Board from two to four directors and elected Ms. HE, Qianying and Mr. KOK, Seng Yeap as directors to fill the newly created vacancy on the Board.
