ITEM 5.02 – DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.

On June 23, 2016, Keith M. Berman submitted notice of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of June 20, 2016. Mr. Berman was not a member of any committee of the Board. A copy of Mr. Berman’s resignation letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Mr. Berman has further indicated he is resigning to focus on his duties as Principal Executive Officer of Decision Diagnostics, Inc. The Company has provided Mr. Berman a copy of the disclosure contained in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
