Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 15, 2016, Eastern Virginia Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the relocation of the Company’s corporate headquarters to be completed during the early fall of 2016. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
