On June 6, 2016, Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of the Company’s initial public offering exercised their option to purchase 545,813 additional shares of common stock from the Company. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
