On May 24, 2016, Rick Puckett notified Snyder's-Lance, Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective December 31, 2016.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Puckett's retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
