Calpian, Inc.’s Chairman and CEO, Harold Montgomery, and other representatives are expected to presented a PowerPoint slideshow during an Earnings Release conference call and webcast on Thursday, May 12, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. CDT (10:00 a.m. EDT). The PowerPoint presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On May 12, 2016, a press release letter that included a letter to shareholders was issued .The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. On May 11, 2016, a press release announcing the Earnings Release conference call was issued. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
