(the “Company”) for the quarterly period ended April 1, 2016, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), Thomas D. Brisbin, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Stacy McLaughlin, as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Company, each hereby certifies, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1350, as adopted pursuant to § 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that, to the best of his or her knowledge:
