On May 2, 2016, the holders of the senior secured convertible notes of Great Basin Scientific, Inc. (the “Company”) voluntarily removed restrictions on the Company’s use of an aggregate of $1 million previously funded to the Company and authorized the release of those funds from the restricted accounts of the Company.
