On April 29, 2016, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on June 15, 2016 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
