On April 29, 2016, First Busey Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("First Busey"), announced that its merger with Pulaski Financial Corp., a Missouri corporation ("Pulaski") will close and be effective on April 30, 2016. Following the effective time of the merger, First Busey will be the surviving company and Pulaski Bank, National Association, will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Busey.
