Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (the “Company”) will release first quarter 2016 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2016, on Monday, April 25, 2016, instead of Tuesday, April 26, 2016, as previously announced.
The Company will host a conference call to review its first quarter results on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 4 p.m. Central Time. Participants may access the Company’s call and supporting slides through its website at www.heidrick.com. For those unable to participate on the live call, a webcast and copy of the slides will be archived at www.heidrick.com and available for up to 30 days following the investor call.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the change is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
