The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on April 20, 2016. The Matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the shareholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposals are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 9, 2016.
