On April 18, 2016, Quest Solution, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) reporting its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
