Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 15, 2016, Xura, Inc. issued a press release providing selected financial information for the fourth fiscal quarter and year end ended January 31, 2016 and disclosing negotiations for a potential sale of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety herein.
