ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
As previously announced, on March 30, 2016, the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) agreed to hold the annual meeting of shareholders on May 17, 2016 in Savannah, Georgia. There is no change to the date of the annual meeting of shareholders.
On April 13, 2016, the Board agreed to modify the record date. The new record date for the meeting is April 15, 2016.
