On April 5, 2016, I. Robert Emmerich, Executive Vice President of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the “Company”) and Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First Commonwealth Bank, notified the Company that he intends to retire at the end of 2016. The Company issued a press release on April 11, 2016 announcing Mr. Emmerich’s retirement. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
