On April 6, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had filed a Form 15 to terminate the registration and reporting obligations of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share, under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
