Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 7, 2016, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will report its first quarter ended March 31, 2016 financial results after the market closes on Monday, May 9, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
