On April 6, 2016, James River Group Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) released its 2015 annual report including a shareholder letter from the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the shareholder letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
