On March 23, 2016, Kurt A. Talbot, a member of the Board of Directors (“Board of Directors”) of Breitburn GP LLC (the “Company”), the general partner of Breitburn Energy Partners LP, notified the Company that he would resign from the Board of Directors effective immediately.
