Adjusted EBITDA Footnotes (c) Represents non-cash adjustments resulting from the revaluation of certain items such as deferred revenue and deferred rent recognized in connection with our acquisitions that affect the comparability of our operational results and for which an adjustment is made consistent with the terms of our debt instruments.
