Item 5.07.Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On March 8, 2016,  Corium International, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”).  The stockholders of the Company voted in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting on the following proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 14, 2016:

 

1.

To elect three Class II  directors to serve as members of our board of directors until the third annual meeting of stockholders following the Annual Meeting and until his or her successor has been elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation or removal.

2.

To ratify the appointment of Deloitte &  Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending September 30,  2016.  

 

The voting results for each of these proposals are detailed below.
