Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Douglas L. Peterson, President and Chief Executive Officer of McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. (the "Company"), will present at the Raymond James & Associates' 37th Annual Institutional Investors Conference on March 7, 2016 in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Peterson is scheduled to speak from 8:05 a.m. to 8:35 a.m. ET. The session will be webcast.
The Company is giving notice of the fact that during the course of the Conference, the Company will reaffirm its prior guidance of mid-to-high single-digit revenue growth and adjusted diluted EPS of $5.00 to $5.15 for the 2016 fiscal year as most recently stated in a Form 8-K the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 4, 2016.
