(c) The Board of Directors of The Laclede Group, Inc., announced the election of Mr. Rob L. Jones to the Board of Directors effective February 22, 2016. Mr. Jones fills the vacancy created by Mr. Tony Leness’ retirement earlier this year. Mr. Jones served as the Co-Head of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commodities (MLC). MLC is a global commodities trading business and a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The Board has appointed Mr. Jones to the Corporate Governance and Strategy committees.
