Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 3, 2016, CDK Global, Inc. (“CDK Global”) issued a press release announcing CDK Global's financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of CDK Global's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
