(b) On November 10, 2015, Diane P. Hamlyn, retired from First Northern Community Bancorp’s and First Northern Bank’s Board of Directors.
(d) On February 1, 2016 , President and Chief Executive Officer Louise A. Walker, announced the appointment of Barbara A. Hayes to First Northern Community Bancorp’s and First Northern Bank’s Board of Directors. Ms. Hayes will be a member of the Bank’s Audit Committee.
