American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust III, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to update the risk factors previously disclosed in its periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 from time to time, so that the updated risk factors can be incorporated by reference into future registration statements filed with the SEC pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933.
