Appointment of Erich S. Schnaufer as Chief Financial Officer
On January 25, 2016, Ryerson Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Erich S. Schnaufer, 48, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective January 25, 2016. Mr. Schnaufer had been the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2015. Mr. Schnaufer will remain the Company’s chief accounting officer, a position he has held since 2007. From 2007 until August 2015, he also served as the Company’s controller. In connection with the appointment, Mr. Schnaufer’s annual salary was increased to $295,000.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Schnaufer’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
