On January 14, 2016, Ross Weiner resigned from his position of Vice President - Finance, Chief Accounting Officer of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “Hain Celestial”) effective as of February 9, 2016 to pursue another opportunity. Until such time as a replacement is named, Pasquale Conte, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume his responsibilities.
