On January 20, 2016, Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen” or the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire for cash AgriLogic Insurance Services, LLC, a U.S. specialist crop business headquartered in Kansas, United States.
