As announced in the attached press release, on January 12, 2016, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per common share, payable on February 9, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 26, 2016.
