Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 13, 2016, Vail Resorts, Inc. issued a press release reporting certain ski season metrics for the season-to-date period ended January 10, 2016 and commenting that, based on current trends and snow conditions continuing, it expects to exceed its previously issued Resort Reported EBITDA guidance range for fiscal 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
