On January 12, 2016, Orthofix International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its preliminary unaudited net sales for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and attached hereto.
