Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 12, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing its preliminary and unaudited sales results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2015. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
