On January 11, 2016, Wingstop Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended December 26, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
