On January 6, 2016, Steven R. Becker, a member of the Board of Directors of Special Diversified Opportunities Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation, effective immediately, from the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Becker informed the Company that his resignation was for reasons unrelated to the Company but rather related to his other professional commitments.
