Increase in Plan Shares
Pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Company’s 2015 Stock Option/Stock Issuance Plan (the “Equity Plan”), the number of shares eligible for issuance under the Equity Plan was automatically increased from 4,641,040 to 5,661,944 common shares effective January 4, 2016, based upon the number of shares outstanding at December 31, 2015.
