On December 23, 2015, Lawrence J. Centella, Chairman of the Board of Nephros, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will retire as Chairman and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2015. Mr. Centella’s decision to retire was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
