Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 22, 2015, Kyle Wheeler notified Gores Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign his positions as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, with such resignation effective upon the appointment of a successor to each such position. The Company is seeking a candidate to fill these positions as promptly as practicable. Mr. Wheeler will continue to serve as President of the Company, a position he has held since June 2015.
