(b) Hanmi Financial Corporation (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation and the holding company for Hanmi Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that Mr. Michael McCall, gave notice of his resignation on December 8, 2015 from the position as EVP and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. His last day with the Company will be December 18, 2015.
