Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On December 3, 2015, Hong Wai Chan, a Class III director, notified Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. There were no disagreements with the Company that led to Mr. Chan’s decision to resign. In connection with Mr. Chan’s resignation, the Board voted to reduce the size of the Board from eight to seven directors, effective December 3, 2015.
