Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2015, PetroShare Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it closed a $4.6 million public offering of 4,600,000 shares of the Company's common stock at $1.00 per share on November 19, 2105. The Company also announced that its application to have the Company's stock quoted on OTCQB of OTCLink ("OTCQB") was approved. As a result, the Company's common stock will be available for trading on the OTCQB on November 23, 2015 under the symbol PRHR. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
