On November 18, 2015, USD Partners LP ("we" and "our") posted an investor presentation on our website at www.usdpartners.com that our senior management is presenting at the RBC Capital Markets MLP Conference being held in Dallas, Texas on November 18, 2015 and November 19, 2015. Among other things, the presentation includes additional information with respect to our Casper terminal acquisition and development projects at our sponsor, USD Group LLC, as well as our financial condition and results of operations as of September 30, 2015. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
