Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 18, 2015, Jammin Java Corp. (the “Company”), filed a press release responding to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s November 17, 2015 civil complaint naming the Company as a defendant. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
