Item 8.01 - Other Events
On November 13, 2015, DENTSPLY International Inc. announced the reference yield and total consideration for its previously announced tender offer to purchase for cash up to US$150 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.125% Notes due 2021. A copy of the press release announcing the reference yield and total consideration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
