On October 30, 2015, Mary L. (“Missy”) Orlando resigned from her positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Malvern Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Malvern Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”).
